The Mavroudis family opened a very successful olive oil extraction plant in 1993 which serves a large area of Corfu, Greece. They have now created a museum depicting olive oil extraction from over 1000 years ago to today.We include a personal tour then olive oil tasting and an opportunity to purchase our own high quality olive oils,olives and many hand made products such as soap and olive wood. We take our visitors on a tour, demonstrating the traditional and modern methods of an olive oil press which Includes olive oil tasting.
