Many tourists visit Pelekas beach and the surrounding area miss visiting Kaisers Throne. Situated at the highest spot of Pelekas Village, perched a huge cliff, the monument Kaiser’s Throne, its name given from the German Emperor Wilhelm the Second, who used to observe Corfu’s natural beauty every time he wished to escape from his routine.
A spectacular view 360 degrees of the island, great for sunrise and sunsets, although you don't see it all due to the mountain range that's in the way. It's free to enter but does have a set of gates that can be locked at certain times.
